# How does it work?

### Film Selection

Through our public submission form, open to all screenwriters worldwide, our teams carefully select films, considering factors such as their potential for financial success, artistic quality, and alignment with investor interests.

This approach allows us to offer a diverse range of appealing films to our investors.

### Investment Opening

Our investment platform is designed to be as minimalist as possible to streamline the investment process. On our website, you can find all our films, whether they are past, current, or upcoming. Each film has its dedicated page for more information and also for investing.

Whether you're an individual looking to support the arts or a seasoned investor seeking potential returns, this straightforward section will surely appeal to you.

### SPV & Film Production

We use Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) to protect investors in our cinema projects. Each film has its own SPV, reducing investor liability, streamlining finances, and increasing profit transparency. This builds investor confidence. In case of bankruptcy, investors get priority repayment.

Film production duration and complexity vary. We aim to simplify the process with our production partners. We'll keep investors updated on how their investment contributes to film realization.

After a film's release, expect 1-3 months for revenue collection. Investors can withdraw funds from their website profile.

### Payment Process

Once funds reach your accounts, they will be debited with a 15% fee, shared between Narativ Lab and the film's screenwriter. Afterward, you have three options: withdraw via bank transfer, withdraw via blockchain, or keep your funds in the Narativ wallet for reinvestment in future films.

When Narativ Lab collects all generated revenues, we will provide investors with a document detailing the film's exact expenditures, associated costs, revenues, and the fair distribution of earnings. Our aim is to be as transparent as possible in financial transactions, ensuring that you are well-informed and confident throughout your investment journey with us.

> The calculation of the interest paid to investors is based on your share of the financing, with 15% fees deducted.
>
> If you invest $1000 in a film that makes a 400% profit, you will receive $4250 after fees are deducted.
>
> *NB : 5% of your investment will go to the screenwriter and 10% will go to Narativ Lab.*
