For obvious reasons of profitability and speed of execution, our teams plan to start with horror films to demonstrate the feasibility of our ambitions. However, if we don't receive a proposal that meets our expectations, we'll choose another genre and make sure it's just as profitable.

All the films we release together will be international and will be released in most countries. In addition to the fact that we want all our contributors to be able to see the film they are financing, in their language and in their country, there is an economic aspect that makes this process interesting in our quest for profitability.

The first films funded by Narativ will be in the range of $1.5 million to $5 million. Although film is extremely profitable, the higher the budget of a film the more directly its profitability will be affected. A balancing act by optimizing costs is paramount to the success of our business model.

A horror film has the advantage of being highly profitable, as we have seen before, and it is also often the quickest genre to produce.

Horror films typically have a simpler narrative structure, focusing on creating a tense atmosphere and scenes of suspense and fear. As a result, horror films often require less shooting time compared to genres involving complex action scenes or extensive set designs.

However, it is important to note that the duration of a film shoot depends on various other factors, and each cinematic work is unique.

From the day of release, narativ will collect all funds generated by each film. Whether via the box office, the streaming platform, the sale of broadcasting rights, online rentals, DVD, merchandising...&#x20;

Before the first payment is made, we estimate a collection time of 1 to 3 months. We do our utmost to ensure that profits are redistributed at the end of each month.

For legal purposes and in order to combat money laundering, any investment exceeding $500 will be subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to ensure the legitimacy of the funds' source.

To streamline the KYC process, we have partnered with one of the top three leaders in Europe specializing in this domain. This external partner will handle the necessary verification procedures, guaranteeing a thorough assessment of the investor's identity and the source of their funds.
